ETS - Electronic Traction System

ETS is another of the many anti-skid systems on the market (see TCS and ASR), unlike ETC (and other similar devices), it does not affect the power, but only the brakes, slowing down the drive wheel that is about to skid.

As an evolution of the ASR, it uses the same braking circuitry as ABS, rather than the specific one required in the previous device, which reduces costs without sacrificing quality.

To complete the picture, it remains to determine the manufacturer: Mercedes.
