The Fiat 500 and 500C have been on offer from the Italian manufacturer since the beginning of the 500 fashion, and perhaps that is why they are popular and respected by the fans. There are now several new products in the range in terms of style, specifications and offer. In addition, you should pay attention to promotional prices that can attract customers to the salons. But let's start from the very beginning.
We will start with light things, or rather with new body colors. The manufacturer boasts, among other things, a new green lacquer with the sonorous name Lattementa, and also mentions pearl white and sea blue, available only with the 500S version. In addition, the manufacturer also boasts three new designs of alloy wheels in 15 or 16-inch sizes, depending on the configuration. We will also find some novelties in the interior, where there will be new designs of textile and leather upholstery. Fiat boasts a new digital instrument cluster designed by renowned company Magneti Marelli. As if that wasn't enough, the new 500" TFT display will be available in 7S, Cult and Lounge versions, as well as Blue & Me TomTom 2 LIVE navigation.
In the engine offer Fiat 500 We will find, among other things, a 1.2 petrol unit with 69 hp. and 85 hp in the TwinAir Turbo version, both will be available, including with an automated Dualogic gearbox. Fiat is eyeing the new 0.9hp 105 TwinAir Turbo engine, which it believes will be the most popular version. For the economical, a 1.3 MultiJet II turbodiesel with a power of 95 hp has also been prepared.
Back to the aforementioned and upcoming hit, i.e. 0.9 TwinAir. The engine has a decent 105 hp. at 5500 rpm and maximum torque of 145 Nm at 2000 rpm. Of course, this is not a monster, but for a flexible and dynamic city ride, this is more than enough. Ba! It will also perform well on the road. The manufacturer claims a top speed of 188 km/h and acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in 10 seconds. Fuel consumption is also noteworthy - 4,2 l / 100 km in the combined cycle. That's all about the engines, it's time to move on to a little surprise.
And this is the new flagship version of the model - Fiat 500 Cult. This is nothing more than a fully equipped and spoiled version of the 500, addressed to those who are willing to pay a pretty solid amount for a small city dweller. We'll talk about pricing at the very end, but for now, let's talk about what this "cult" version offers. Well, the model will be available in various colors, including the newest, already mentioned green Lattementa. A special feature is, among other things, a special roof, one part of which is a permanently installed glass panel, and the other is covered with black glossy lacquer. In addition, for dessert, the buyer can choose chrome or shiny mirror housings, chrome inserts, including front moldings and trunk handle, black taillights and 16-inch wheels. There are also many changes in the cabin. These include leather seats in various color combinations to match the dashboard, body-color inserts and numerous gadgets. Under the hood there will be a 1.2 engine with 69 hp. (also available with an automated Dualogic gearbox) and the new 0.9 hp 105 TwinAir Turbo.
So much news, it is worth moving on to financial matters, and these are quite favorable. Given the fact that this is a premium car, people who are looking for a regular city car are unlikely to be satisfied with the prices. It is true that the cheapest version of the Fiat 500 POP with a 1.2 engine with 69 hp. costs PLN 41 in the promotion, but it is unlikely that anyone will go to a Fiat showroom with the intention of buying a basic version - this is just bait. If someone expects more vivacity from this car, he should pay attention to the Sport version with a 900 hp 0.9 SGE engine. with the Start & Stop system for PLN 105, which is a significant jump compared to the base model mentioned above. At the top of the sentence is the one described above Fiat 500 Cult with 0.9 hp 105 SGE engine. with S&S system – price PLN 63. If someone decides to choose the Fiat 900C, he will not have any problems with the choice - there are only two versions of the Longue with a 500 1.2 KM and 69 SGE 0.9 KM engine for 105 and 60 zlotys. To this should be added the prices of numerous accessories that tempt the potential owner.
Palette changes Fiat 500 and 500C for this model year, contrary to appearances, are not modest, because the new variant and numerous changes in the offer show how important this model is in all sales of the Italian manufacturer. It's true that the 500 offer has grown and we even have off-road and family models, but it's this little premium city dweller that is Fiat's core and symbol. Let's hope it stays that way.
