Genesis showed images of the new G90
The Genesis G90 is a four-door full-size luxury sedan produced by Hyundai Motor Group's luxury vehicle division since 2015.
Genesis has unveiled images of the exterior of the new G90. Its look is a sophisticated interpretation as it upholds the brand's design philosophy of sporty elegance.
The new design retains the hallmarks of recent Genesis releases. But it now has split LED headlights and a larger front grille, although the latter has a less pointed lower section than before.
The new grille on the Genesis G90 is called The Crest Grille, which takes the look of the G90 to the next level with a multi-layered finish consisting of two overlapping G-Matrix patterns to create a three-dimensional effect.
Its elegance is also underlined by the guilloché applied emblem, which is almost 80% thinner than previous emblems.
Its strict exterior design is even more reminiscent of a real sedan.
This G90 has rear proportions that give the model a strong and balanced look. A key element of the Genesis design language, the dual-row combination taillights extend along the trunk, with a Genesis badge in between.
"The G90 will redefine flagship luxury design in a unique way that only Genesis offers." This was stated in a press release by the head of Genesis Global Design, Sang Yup Lee. “The G90 is the ultimate expression of sporty elegance, carefully balancing dynamic driving with a sleek rear-seat feel.”
