The Yomper Jimny ute is currently available in two forms: Commercial and Bergan.

While Suzuki seems to be resisting the idea of ​​a factory-built Jimny, another conversion kit has emerged that will turn a diminutive SUV into a rugged pickup truck.

The newest transformation comes with the UK-based Yomper, who will take the third-generation Jimny and turn it into either a steel-panned, work-oriented workhorse known as the 275C Commercial, or a lined-and-bodied, lifestyle-focused model. the colored back is called 225B Bergan.

Both versions will retain their 4×4 powertrain as well as the 1.3-litre 63kW/110Nm engines.

However, removing the rear seats and adding a tray means up to 500kg of payload capacity, as well as up to 750kg towing capacity.

The commercial version also has a 500mm longer wheelbase and 200mm of extra length that sits behind the rear axle to better accommodate longer loads in the alloy drop tray.

Thus, the size of the cargo compartment is 1700 mm long and 1690 mm wide.

As for the Bergan, its cargo area is 1295mm long and 1010mm wide thanks to a longer platform, but the 2250mm wheelbase remains the same.

To accommodate the rear pan, Yomper increased the ride height by 50mm and the springs, dampers and suspension have also been upgraded for heavier loads.

For those who might need a bit more power, the Spark's all-electric powertrain is also available, although there's no word yet on exact power output, range, and charging.
