Ineos Grenadier. Successor to the iconic Land Rover
Ineos Grenadier is a new British SUV. The assumption was simple: it was to be built on a classic box frame and have permanent mechanical four-wheel drive.
Ineos is the name of a petrochemical company. British billionaire Jim Ratcliffe is behind this business.
At launch, only a five-door version of the car will be available. In the future, a three-door pickup truck based on a shortened chassis and a four-door pickup truck based on an elongated frame will be offered.
There will be two turbocharged engines to choose from: diesel and petrol. Displacement is three liters and torque will be transmitted via an eight-speed ZF automatic transmission.
