Luka, 32, lives in Acton and works in advertising. He had long wanted to buy a used car, but could not find the time to go to a car dealership. He also worried about visiting a private seller. We caught up with him at his home to learn all about his experience with Cazoo.

Question: Hi Luca! So, when you visited our website, did you know which car you want?

A: I wanted to buy something fun and cool but big enough to take my friends around. I also want to get a dog soon so I needed something that is dog friendly. I've been thinking about buying a car for a long time, but I just didn't have time to go and figure it all out. I'm from New Zealand so this is the first car I've bought in the UK!

This is a 2018 machine so it's almost brand new and all the systems would confuse me. It was a good day. I was very excited when I saw that the truck had arrived.

Question: What do you plan to do now that you have the Cazoo machine?

A: See my family more. I am planning to make some trips around the UK and use it in London. I am renovating my new house and this has helped me a lot since I can get to the hardware store without spending money on a taxi.
