Question: Nice to catch up, Luke! We can't believe it's been over a year since we delivered your Cazoo vehicle. How is life with him?

Luke: Life was just great! I like to ride in comfort and with the roof down in hot weather. I also love the automatic transmission.

I haven't had any problems and to be honest I feel like a brand new car. Hopefully I'll have this car for a while, but when the time comes to replace it, I don't see any reason why I would go to a traditional car dealer - I'd just use Cazoo again. I don't understand why not. The service was absolutely amazing and I am still delighted all these months after receiving the car.

Question: What is the best thing about your car?

Luke: The best thing about my car is that you can have the roof up or down so you have the best of both worlds. It also has a lot of gadgets and overall it's a very cool car. It had very few miles on it when I bought it, so it was practically brand new!

Question: What made you realize that this car is right for you?

Luke: Good question! I just liked the look, really. I saw it on the Internet and immediately thought: "This is the car for me."

Q: What did you do after your car arrived?

Luke: My commute to work takes about 40 minutes, so I had plenty of time to make sure it fits me. Last summer I made several trips to see my friends. One day I went to Southend-on-Sea and it was wonderful! 

I didn't have a bad experience with it. To be honest, since it arrived it has worked exactly as it should and I am very happy with it. I would never go back to a car dealership because in my experience after a few weeks or months there is always something wrong with the car and they just don't care. I wanted a car that I could get in and drive and be sure it wouldn't break down.

Q: How do you feel about buying a used car online?

Luke: Well, first my dad bought a car from Cazoo. He liked the process, but didn't like the machine itself, so using the 7-day money-back guarantee, he sent it back and bought another one.
