What parts does a flexible magnetic sheet consist of?

Magnetic poles
	The magnetic poles of a flexible magnetic sheet can be magnetized in two ways: diametrically and multi-pole.
	diametrically magnetized A diametrically magnetized flexible magnetic sheet is magnetized along the diameter of the magnet.
	It can attract ferromagnetic materials from either of the two edges of the flexible magnet. This is especially useful for graphic displays where the user does not need a visible seam between each section, as the sides of the magnet are attracted to each other, holding the two edges together.

	A flexible magnetic sheet can be laminated on its non-magnetic side while the other side is magnetized in a multi-pole formation. The laminate is attached to a flexible magnet with a powerful adhesive, which means that the laminate cannot be removed from the magnet without great force.
	Flexible magnetic sheets are laminated with polyvinyl chloride (PVC) to give the sheet extra strength and stability. PVC is used as a laminate for flexible magnetic sheet because it does not crack when bent.
	Laminating the flexible magnetic sheet also improves the appearance of the magnet. The non-laminated flexible magnetic sheet is a dull brown color, while the laminated magnetic sheet can come in a wide range of colors. This is especially useful for arts and crafts projects such as signage.
	Laminate on a flexible magnetic sheet can also be printed on a laser inkjet printer. This allows the flexible magnetic sheet to be used as advertisements in the form of fridge magnets or car signs.
