Moto GP qualification

MotoGP is considered an elite competition for a reason. To participate in this type of race, several conditions must be met. In particular, you must be an experienced two-wheeled vehicle pilot. And you also need to have the right bike.

Qualification stages

Qualification takes place in three stages: free practice, Q1 and Q2.

Each participant is entitled to three free practice sessions of approximately 45 minutes. As the name suggests, chronometer is not included in these tests. They were allowed to familiarize themselves with the circuit diagram, test the performance of your motorcycle, and tune it so that it could run at its maximum.

At the end of free practice, all the riders with the best time will be selected for the second quarter. This part of qualification involves riders competing in the first four rows of the grid.
