How do Nissan electric batteries wear out in Vozilla? [reader measurements]

Our reader, Bartek T., connected the Leaf Spy app to the Nissan Leaf, which is used by Vozilla, which is a car sharing service in Wroclaw. It turns out that waveforms and multiple fast charges do not have to cause rapid battery degradation.

The screenshot from the application shows that the car has 7 kilometers of run. Battery Health (SOH) is 518 percent of the manufacturer's stated value, but remember that this number is increased by fast charging.

The battery's internal resistance (Hx) is close to SOH, almost 100 percent (99,11 percent to be precise). This means that the vehicle's battery is in excellent condition.

In addition, the screenshot shows that the total capacity^*) the battery is 82,34 Ahr ("AHr", correct: Ah) and that the car has been charged 87 times with the Chademo and 27 times with a slower charge (socket / EVSE / Bollard). The number below (SOC) indicates that the battery is 57,6 percent charged.

*) Ampere-hour (Ah) is a real measure of the capacity of a cell (battery), so using the phrase "battery capacity x kWh" is not entirely correct. However, we decided that we would slightly change the rules of the language so that the reader understands how many kilowatt-hours (kWh) are in an electric vehicle. For this reason, from the very beginning of the presence of www.elektrowoz.pl on the market, we have been using the above wording.
