Therefore, it is good to be able to buy online, but with the possibility of a personal collection at a specified point of sale. When using a convenient solution - online shopping, it is always worth checking in advance whether a particular store provides its legal address, whether the activity is registered in Poland, what are the rules for accepting returns and complaints. It must be remembered that by the letter of the law, when buying online, we have every right to return the goods within 10 days from the date of delivery without any additional consequences. No seller can ask us for our PIN codes, personal data, unless justified, passwords to access accounts or mailboxes. Whenever we make a decision to buy online, we need to show at least a little vigilance and prudence, and then we can enjoy the product we receive.
