How to Buy a Personalized Number Plate in Hawaii

Part 1 of 3: Choose a personalized message for your license plate

Step 1. Visit the Hawaii website.. Go to the official website of the state of Hawaii.

At the bottom of the Hawaii website is the "Agencies" button. Click on this button to see a list of all available agencies.
