How do I change gears?

	The way you shift gears depends on the make and model of your cordless screwdriver. One example is shown below:
	Step 1 - Release the trigger Release the speed control trigger and allow the cordless screwdriver to come to a complete stop.
	Step 2 - Shifter Locate the gear select switch. It is usually located at the top of the cordless screwdriver.
	Step 3 - Select a Gear Move the gear selection switch to the desired gear number.
	Step 4 - Pull the trigger Pull the trigger when you're ready to get started.
