How to prepare for a cross-country run or enduro run from head to toe

For the practice of off-road disciplines, mainly cross and enduro, of course, appropriate equipment is required, as well as for training on the road. First of all, we think about safety, as off-road risk is also important! But even more than "truck drivers", enduro riders and enthusiastic tycoons try to be in the public eye of their friends, so there is no question of choosing clothes at random: you have to be "in the know"!

Off-road helmet and mask

The basis of any two-wheeler practice: wear a helmet! Off-road, the helmet does not have a screen, so an additional mask must be worn to protect the eyes. The fact that you are on the roads or in a closed circle of the earth does not exempt you from wearing this equipment, on the contrary! The risk of falling is high, and nature is full of obstacles, each more dangerous than the other. A helmet is a technical product, the choice upon purchase cannot be improvised. Find here all the keys to choose it correctly.

All terrain vehicle

In terms of clothing, you wear a swimsuit and pants, as well as a pair of gloves. If you want to pamper yourself in style, this is where you can! As for the helmet, technical characteristics are very important here, and for suits the materials are not very technical, so you can choose the most beautiful finish as a selection criterion! For enduro practice, it is advisable to choose reinforced pants and, if possible, waterproof, just in case! It is recommended to wear a jacket over a swimsuit: to protect yourself from the cold or to have pockets and put documents (required!), Snack, phone, etc.

Sneakers

Without the right shoes, we don't go cross-country or enduro! Sneakers or high-top shoes are not enough. Cross or enduro boots offer maximum protection and given their condition after a few walks, this is not a luxury! Good foot support, shin and ankle protection, like a helmet, the boots are quite technical and there are often big differences between all models and all brands. Put first of all on the level of protection and comfort!

Equipment in +

It doesn't matter if you're daredevil or not, clothing that provides a little protection is essential - wearing elbow pads, knee pads, and stones is essential! They should be worn under clothing, think about this when shopping to make sure you have room for them (enough loose clothing). These protections provide support against impacts and protrusions, but do not protect you from twisting joints.
