Kelvin (abbreviated as K) is used to measure temperature. Their value most often fluctuates between 1000 K and 11 K. Lamps up to 000 K shine with a very warm light, even yellow. The 2000K light color is the most common because it produces neutral results. Cool colors start at 3000 K LEDs, and those above 4000 K are already blue-tinted light bulbs.

First of all, you should think about what the room is intended for - for work, rest, or maybe both? Cooler-colored light encourages action and allows you to better focus, while warmer-colored light makes it easier to relax. Of course, these are not hard and fast rules that must always be followed.
