How to Get a Smog Specialist Certificate in Nevada

What does it mean to be a can specialist?
Nevada is one of several states that have established regulations regarding vehicle emissions from their residents. This is because air quality does not meet the standards set by the Clean Air Act of 1970.

Once you have completed all of the above and passed the test, the analyzer manufacturer will provide you with a training certificate confirming that you have the skills to operate as a smog technician and to adjust and operate the gas analyzer as necessary to obtain the desired rating or ratings on vehicle.
