Avoid tumble dryers. This can indeed cause the insulating fibers stuck in the seam to tighten, creating compact pilling that is locked in the seam. There is nothing better than drying in the open air on a tumble dryer.

Goose down lining, more warmth and brittleness

These high-performance pads are made from goose down, one of the world's most insulating materials. Down is sometimes referred to on labels as goose (goose in English). But they add significantly to the cost of the jacket or jacket, and above all, their service is very limited.

So, ideally, you should clean dirty areas: stains, marks on the collar, etc., use a damp microfiber cloth, which will be supplemented with a mild cleaning agent if necessary. Leave the liner outdoors on a sunny day to get rid of unpleasant odors.
