They allow you to emulsify fatty, mainly containing oils and waxes, fats.

Biphasic liquid

The most commonly recommended cosmetic product for removing waterproof mascara is a two-phase liquid. How is it different from ordinary liquids? It contains both oily and watery ingredients. Thanks to this, you can effectively remove oily mascara from your eyelashes, and then wash it off your face.
