How do I plan an electrician's trip? PlugShare already has a travel planner [in beta]!

After months of waiting, the most popular and arguably best EV charger card, PlugShare, launched Trip Planner. Allows you to calculate the route taking into account the charging stations on the way. Minus? So far, only in the desktop version.

Let's start with the downsides: at the moment, the scheduler only works in the desktop version. We will not run it in the PlugShare app on the smartphone, because it is not there. The downside is the impossibility of determining the vehicle's range, which is available on Tesla maps and on the German map GoingElectric.de.

The advantage of PlugShare, in turn, is perhaps the richest map of charging points, including power sockets and Tesla target chargers provided by good people. The map uses the Google Maps engine, so it determines travel times well and can be exported to a smartphone (but without chargers).

We have unofficially learned that the PlugShare mobile app should be updated with a travel planner ahead of this year's holiday season (2018).
