What are the low beam lamps in Largus?
OSRAM lamps are installed on many domestic cars from the factory. This is a German company that is one of the leaders in lighting technology for both domestic use and automotive lighting.
And Lada Largus is no exception here, since on many machines from the assembly line there are bulbs from the Osram manufacturer. But there are exceptions, as some owners said that they had lamps from other manufacturers such as Narva or even Philips installed.
If you want to change the dipped headlights on your Largus yourself, then you should keep in mind two things:
- First, the power of the lamp should be equal to no more and no less than 55 watts.
- Secondly, pay attention to the base, it must be in H4 format. Other lamps just won't work
The photo above shows the Night Breaker series from Osram. This model promises significant gains in light beam and range of up to 110% compared to conventional lamps. From personal experience, I can say that you most likely will never get 110%, and you will not notice, but you can see the tangible difference after the factory bulbs immediately.
The light becomes brighter, whiter and less blinding than standard lighting. As for the service life specifically at Largus, it all depends on the frequency of operation. Since at present you have to drive constantly with low beam headlights (in the absence of daytime running lights), a year of operation of increased power lamps with regular use is quite normal.
As for the cost, the cheapest light bulbs can have a price of 150 rubles per piece. More expensive counterparts, such as the one above in the photo, cost about 1300 rubles per set, respectively, 750 rubles per piece.
