What replacements for pressure sensors: Nissan Leaf [forum / Fb group] • CARS

If we have a Nissan Leaf and two sets of wheels with summer and winter tires, it would be appropriate to have pressure sensors in both sets. Unfortunately, the original ones cost 400-500 zlotys apiece, which is a lot. Fortunately, there are proven and cheap sensor replacements - they are recommended by drivers from the Nissan Leaf Polska group.

According to the information provided by the group, the original sensors cost PLN 460 per unit in ASO (source). And on AliExpress - PLN 252 for four [data as of 26.10.2018/40700/3]. This is the Yaopei model 0-433JAXNUMXA, which is expected to work with both Nissan and Infiniti at XNUMXMHz.

Drivers pay attention to the version with caution: in Europe, the sensors use a frequency close to 433 MHz, while the rest of the world, including the US, uses 315 MHz. The "American" ones in the European Leaf will not work, but they will be needed if we have a car imported from the USA.

After installing new sensors (new wheels with sensors), remember to reset the TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System). The new sensors will be calibrated with the vehicle after a few kilometers.

The sensors are suitable for Nissan Leaf as well as Infiniti Q50, Q60, Nissan Altima and Nissan Murano. However, please make sure the part number matches the part in your vehicle before purchasing.
