What is the speed of a cordless drill/driver?

	The speed of a cordless screwdriver is measured in RPM (revolutions per minute) and refers to how fast the chuck can turn.
	One full turn of the chuck is one turn.
	For cordless drill drivers, the speed ranges from 500 to 2000 rpm. Most of them have a maximum no-load speed of around 1000 rpm.
	In comparison, the average cordless screwdriver runs at about 200 rpm.
	Please note: A tool with a higher RPM will usually be more expensive than a tool with a lower RPM. Information such as the number of revolutions of a tool can usually be found in the product specification or user manual.
