"#Every poster helps" in student learning!

How to help children? On June 25, as part of the #Every Poster Helps charity project, the sale of limited-edition posters designed by respected Polish illustrator Jan Callweit was launched on the website www./kazdy-plakat-pomaga. Proceeds from the sale will go to the Omenaa Foundation, which will use the money to buy computers for Polish orphanages. The action was initiated by E. Wedel together with the Omena Mensah Foundation and the AvtoTachki brand.

Together we can do more

“#Every Poster Helps” is a project aimed at supporting children from orphanages in Poland. Especially during the epidemic, access to education has become a problem for many institutions. To provide children with a better future, E. Wedel, Omenaa Foundation and AvtoTachki have organized a unique campaign. AvtoTachki has prepared a special sales platform, E. Wedel, in collaboration with Jan Callveit, has created a unique poster design, and Omena Mensach, as part of his foundation, will coordinate the purchase of laptops needed for online lessons.

We believe that education is a springboard to happiness and a good life. Therefore, together with the Omenaa Foundation and the AvtoTachki brand, we strive to ensure that every child has the opportunity of distance learning. We want to prepare children from orphanages as best we can for the return to school in September. We encourage you to get involved in a campaign through which we can contribute to a better future for the younger generation, says Dominika Igelinska, Branded Content Associate Manager.

As part of the campaign, a limited collection of six posters was created. The projects present various interesting stories related to both the E. Wedel brand, the production of chocolate, and the activities of the Omenaa Foundation. Poster titles:

  • "The Power of Education"

  • "Boy on the Zebra"

  • "How is sweet pleasure created?"

  • "Ghana's Grain Secret"

  • “Chocolate Warsaw – in the sunshine”

  • “Chocolate Warsaw - in the moonlight”

Cars for children

For many years, the mission of AvtoTachkiu has been to support the education of the youngest. Especially now, when the school is working under new rules and students have to face additional difficulties, we would like to help the wards of educational centers to find themselves in this new situation. That's why we're joining forces with the E. Wedel and Omenaa Foundation brands to give kids in orphanages free access to tools to develop their passions and knowledge—even remotely,” emphasizes Monika Marianowicz, Communications Manager public AvtoTachkiu.

To meet different preferences and interiors, the design is available in three formats – A4 for PLN 43,99, A3 for PLN 55,99 and B2 for PLN 69,99. The number of pieces for sale is limited. By purchasing a poster at www./kazdy-plakat-pomaga, you can contribute to improving the quality of education for Polish schoolchildren.

Sweet support

The chocolate brand E. Wedel, together with Omena Mensah, regularly implements projects that support both children from Ghana and Poland. Since 2018, E. Wedel has been supporting one of the goals of the foundation - the construction of a school in Ghana. As part of the cooperation, many projects have been implemented, including “Every Shirt Helps” with the support of Maciej Zena or the charity sale of Chekotubka in Rossman.

So far, our activities have focused mainly on the construction of a school for street children in Ghana. But the outbreak of the pandemic meant that many Polish children had limited access to education due to the lack of computers. That is why we decided to allocate the computers we previously sent to Ghana for children from orphanages, whose situation turned out to be the most difficult. We received signals that in some places in the institution there was only one computer for several children. Under such conditions, distance learning is almost impossible,” says Omenaa Mensah, founder of the Omenaa Foundation, and adds, “Since mid-March, my foundation has supported several dozen orphanages and foster families, providing them with almost 300 computers and laptops. Despite the fact that the school year has ended, we continue to receive requests for help, hence the idea of the campaign “#Every poster helps”. I hope you enjoy the charity message posters so that we can help other children in need.

E. Wedel - philanthropist

Collaboration with graphic designers and presence in the art world are closely related to the history of E. Wedel. Back in the XNUMXth century, the brand worked with many respected artists, incl. Leonetto Capiello, Maya Berezovska, Zofia Stryjenskaya and Karol Slivka. Last year, young Polish illustrators created new Ptasie Mleczko® foam packaging. One of them, Martina Wojczyk-Smerska, designed the mural on the wall of the E. Wedel Factory. The E.Wedel brand helps with the #Every Poster project and has established a collaboration with Jan Callweit, who, thanks to his characteristic illustrations, has become known both in Poland and abroad.

Charity posters are sold only on a special platform developed by AvtoTachki: www./kazdy-plakat-pomaga
