Kia e-Niro in subscription from PLN 1 per month (net)? Yes, but under certain conditions.

Kia has begun advertising long-term rental / subscription plans for several of its vehicle models, including the Kia e-Niro. As part of the offer, we can use an electric Kia with a 39,2 kWh battery for 1 PLN net / 072,35 PLN gross per month. On what terms?

Kia e-Niro and long-term rental - worth it or not?

To begin with, the offer includes an electric Kia e-Niro, Kia XCeed Plug-in and several models of internal combustion vehicles (source). The E-Niro is a variant with a 100kW/136hp, 395Nm engine and smaller batteries, promising a range of 289 WLTP units (~ 247 km in kind).

An installment plan of PLN 1 per month applies to the longest rental period (072,35 years), with its own contribution and annual mileage limited to 5 km. So we take the car so as not to drive it almost.

There is no larger battery option in the kit shown on the website, but you can ask for one. This was done by Internet user Mike from the EV Drivers Forum (source).

For the 64 kWh e-Niro version in the richest XL version, the contribution is 2 PLN net / 419,99 2 PLN gross. per month on a four-year lease with an annual mileage of 20 km – which is quite reasonable for normal driving (source).

The same e-Niro version of 64 kWh with a limit of 30 2 km costs PLN 478,03 net / PLN 3 gross per month. also rented for four years (source). A slightly less equipped version L with a mileage of 20 2 km costs 302,4 PLN net / 2 PLN gross per month (source). In all cases with insurance, except tires.

Internet user Szymon checked that the difference between hardware versions M (lowest) and L (almost highest) is only PLN 30 per month in installments.

Overall, the offer was rated as moderately attractive and it was suggested that leasing may be the best solution – especially when you have to pay yourself for a car that only we borrow... From our point of view, this is an offer for people who cannot afford to buy a new car, but who would like to drive it, knowing that in a few years they will have to return it.

And this despite the fact that they paid a fairly substantial monthly fee.

Note from the editors of www.elektrowoz.pl: usually we only indicate net amounts, but this time we only indicate net and gross amounts, because this is an offer for companies.
