Koenigsegg CCX

The Koenigsegg CCX is a supercar manufactured by the Swedish company Koenigsegg. The CCX was created to celebrate the tenth anniversary of the completion of the prototype of the company's first car. The car is based on the CCR model, but has been completely redesigned and modernized. The car was supposed to appear on the American market, so the developers' priority was to meet the strict standards required by federal law. In earlier models, Koenigsegg used a US imported Ford engine block. This time the company for the first time in its history used a block of its own production. On the CCX, the engine hatch is made of glass, completely exposing the engine. Compared to the CCR, the CCX has a 5 cm higher roof, making it one of the most spacious supercars on the market. The new seat design was developed in collaboration with Sparco.
