Computer with Polish in Volkswagen
In Volkswagen vehicles produced from June this year, the Polish language will be introduced to control the on-board computer, telephone installations and navigation systems RNS 315 and RNS 510.
The Polo, Golf, Golf Plus, Golf Variant, Golf Cabrio, Jetta, Scirocco, Eos, Touran, Passat, Passat Variant, Passat CC and Sharan models belong to Volkswagen and will soon be available in Polish. This applies to vehicles manufactured since June of this year, i.e. all of the above models, ordered now in car dealerships, will be produced with an on-board computer that communicates with the driver in Polish. The exceptions are the Mexican-made Golf Varianty and Jetta models, where the changes will be introduced one month late.

In addition to on-board computer messages, Polish will also be available on the RNS 315 and RNS 510 navigation systems. The RNS 315 system has a colourful, user-friendly five-inch touch screen (400 x 240 pixels), an SD card reader and a dual radio tuner. The SD card can be used both for storing navigation data (as a copy from the navigation CD) and for MP3 music files. The device is offered with eight speakers. The RNS 510 is equipped with a large 6,5-inch touch screen, 30 GB hard drive and DVD playback. Both systems can be connected to telephone systems that will also work in Polish.
