Product Description
RAVENOL VDL 100 is a mineral oil for compressors. Produced on the basis of a mixture of paraffinic mineral oils of the highest quality. Supplemented with a complex of ashless additives. Outwardly, it is yellow-brown.
Additives provide superior oil performance. Therefore, it has stable viscosity-temperature properties, perfectly withstands high loads and is resistant to oxidation. Provides reliable protection of equipment against wear, corrosion, deposits and scratches. In addition, these additives contribute to reliable water separation. The oil does not foam.
The product is designed for increased operational loads, including temperature. It copes with its tasks up to 220 degrees Celsius. At the same time, it does not rust, does not age and prevents the formation of soot and coking. Pistons, piston rings and valves stay clean and functional longer. The use of this lubricant also reduces the risk of fire and explosion.
Due to its qualities, the product has a fairly wide range of applications and is suitable for a wide variety of compressor equipment.
Application area
Ravenol VDL 100 is used in mobile and stationary reciprocating and rotary compressors. Particularly recommended for heavy duty applications, operating temperatures up to 220°C. Even with separate cylinder lubrication in single-stage and multi-stage reciprocating compressors.
