1. Body scrubs

Solny

Another option for a homemade body scrub is based on the action of salt. In particular, mineral-rich sea salt. What gives the skin besides cleansing? Regenerates, evens out color and smoothes. The recipe calls for three ingredients. The first is sea salt, preferably fine-grained, so as not to irritate the skin too much. Half a glass is enough. To do this, pour in coconut oil (maximum half a glass) and add the juice of half a lemon. Mix and apply to the body, then massage and let the ingredients sit on the skin for a few minutes to allow the epidermis to absorb as much as possible. The effect of silky skin is guaranteed.

Sugar

If you feel like your body needs a moisturizer, try a sugar scrub. When applied to the body, it exfoliates, but the dissolving particles moisturize. Choose brown sugar and pour half a cup of crystals into a bowl. Now add three to four tablespoons of essential oil (olive or unscented baby oil can be used) and finally add a few drops of vanilla essence. It's best to use the natural extract you use for your cakes. It smells delicious and you will feel the effect of sugar peeling right after you wash it off.

Coffee

The easiest and fastest recipe for anti-cellulite body scrub. Make yourself a cup of coffee first, it can be stronger because you will need three heaping tablespoons of ground coffee. Let them cool, put them in a bowl and add olive oil. Three teaspoons are enough. Mix the ingredients, then apply to the body and massage, preferably where cellulite is visible. For massage, you can use a mitt or washcloth. The skin after such a peeling may be slightly pink, as coffee beans have a stimulating effect. The caffeine included in the composition helps to smooth out cellulite, has a tightening and slimming effect.
