The world's largest exhibition "Gateway to Space" under the patronage of NASA for the first time in Warsaw. A rich collection of American and Soviet exhibits directly from the US Space Rocket Center and the NASA Visitor Center, presenting the history of space travel from the last century to the present day.

Among more than 100 space exhibits presented since November 19 on 3000 sq.m. at the address st. Minska 65 in Warsaw, you can see, among other things, the original module from the MIR space station, the International Space Station ISS, rocket models incl. Soyuz rocket 46 meters long, Vostok and Voskhod space shuttles, 1-ton rocket engine, Sputnik-XNUMX, Apollo capsule, Lunar Rover space vehicles that participated in the Apollo mission, authentic cockpits and elements of space vehicles, original cosmonaut spacesuits, including Gagarin's uniforms, asteroids and moon rocks. All exhibits can be touched and viewed, and most of them can also be entered.

About a dozen simulators will allow us to, among other things, fly to the moon, feel weightless, tinker with a space station among the stars, or put our foot on a silver globe. The exhibition shows the technical and scientific aspects of space travel, focusing on the history of space flight and its close relationship with humans, presenting items related to the daily life of astronauts in orbit around the Earth.

When you leave the exhibition, there is an unbridled feeling of returning from a distant galaxy. The only way to "touch and feel" the cosmic abyss in such a direct way. Time to experience unearthly impressions! Gateway to Space is a real gateway to outer space. It's also a collection of sensational events, a great history lesson, and an opportunity to explore space for both younger and older audiences. The exhibition will run until February 19, 2017.
