Largus checkpoint is poor

Largus checkpoint is poorBefore I bought myself a 5-seater Largus, I drove Kalina and it was always customary that at a speed of 120 km / h in fifth gear, the tachometer needle barely exceeded 3000 rpm. It was quite comfortable to operate your car, even taking into account the fact that the sound insulation was not so hot.
But what did I notice when I moved to Lada Largus! At the same speed, the engine speed is much higher than that of Kalina. It also saves that there is less noise in the cabin, and the engine operation is not so much audible. But it still starts to strain when you drive 100 km / h and the engine turns over 3000 rpm.
I decided to figure out what was wrong with the Largus checkpoint, maybe this is how it should be? Having studied many forums, on one I came across one interesting topic, which says that in fact the gearbox on mine is from the van, which means that it is no longer designed for speed, but for traction. But how could the manufacturer allow this?
It turns out that the subordinate number of the main pair on the 5-seater Largus is 4,93, and according to the rules, it should be 4,2. And now all owners with such gearboxes will have to suffer? You drive yourself on the sly, no more than 90 km / h on the highway, and the tachometer shows 3000 rpm. This is definitely no good.
Why would an ordinary passenger car in the body of a station wagon put a gearbox with such a subordinate number of the main pair? After all, this is not a truck whose main thing is traction, here, on the contrary, it needs more speed, even with less dynamism.
In short, our valiant Avtovaz, as always, is doing something incomprehensible, whether drunk people collect everything there, or put those spare parts that are in stock, it is not clear. But one thing is clear that if this continues, then no one will be satisfied with such cars.
