The fire tank ATs 1,0-40 on the GAZ-3308 chassis is designed to extinguish fires and carry out rescue operations in small cities and towns. This small-sized AC serves to deliver personnel, fire extinguishing agents (water, blowing agent), fire-fighting equipment and a small number of emergency rescue tools to the emergency site.
They are used to supply water or air-mechanical foam from a tank or from a water source (hydrant, river, lake, etc.). The volume of the water tank is 1 cubic meter, and the tank for the foaming agent made of wear-resistant stainless steel has a volume of 0,1 cubic meter.
