Fire tank truck AC 6,0 - 40 (5557) on URAL chassis. The cabin of the fire tank truck is all-metal, single-row, two-door, three-seater. Enlarged compartments of the body superstructure make it possible to rationally arrange fire-technical equipment (PTV). Doors of compartments for PTV placement (at the request of the consumer) have two versions: “curtain” type (made of anodized aluminum) or “panel” type on pneumatic springs, which provides convenient access to any point of the compartment. Brackets are fastened in compartments for PTV placement using threaded connections. A single-stage fire pump of normal pressure PN-40UV.01 with a built-in vacuum apparatus or NTsPN-40/100 with an electric vacuum apparatus is installed on a fire truck. The operation of the pumping unit is controlled from the rear (pumping) compartment. It is possible to install the pump in the cab of a tanker (“medium” version). The pump compartment and the crew cabin are equipped with a heating system.
