Short review, description. The Spectr-Auto refrigerator truck on the GAZ-331043 chassis
Refrigerator on a GAZ-331043 chassis manufactured by Spectr-Avto with a gross weight of 805 kg. For the first time in the practice of the production of vans, the formation of the sandwich panels of the sides, roof and floor occurs in a pipe metal frame. The design of the frame allows you to obtain the necessary, depending on operating conditions, the strength of the sandwich panels, including by attaching the outer casing to the pipes. The assembly of the body is carried out by welding the frames of the sandwich panels with the base of the van and among themselves in a certain sequence. The developed welding technology allows not to violate the integrity of the heat insulator. An all-welded van made of sandwich panels is fundamentally different from the classic ones, the assembly of which is carried out due to the power (thick-walled) corners fastening the outer and inner sheet metal of the mating sandwich panels.
