The disadvantage of this material, however, is the formation of stains after contact with water, although this can be avoided by choosing a suitable steel texture (for example, satin).

The second most frequently chosen material is the aforementioned granite. The sink from it is often called stone, which is associated with its characteristic appearance. This type of sink has the largest selection of colors and is therefore recommended for designer kitchens. Like a steel sink, it is very resistant to damage and high temperature fluctuations - even more than its "competitor". The downside, however, is the fact that this material needs more care than steel and needs to be cleaned every day using special products.

What if not steel and granite? Other types of sinks

In addition to steel and granite, sinks made of other materials are available on the market. Among others there are ceramic, glass, mineral and plastic.
