Lada Vesta through the eyes of the owner after 3000 km

So, there are already the first prototypes of the Lada Vesta, which have covered more than 50 km, especially considering the fact that many of these cars are used in taxis. But unfortunately, it was not possible to find an option with high mileage for this article, and there is only a review by the real owner, who has just run-in on the new Vesta, and the engine mileage was only 000 km.

First impressions after owning the previous VAZ family

Surely there is not a single Lada Vesta owner who could generally reproach this module in comparison with the previous creations of Avtovaz. To be frankly honest and objective, we can say that in fact there is only an engine from our car here. As for the rest of the parts, most of them are from Renault.

Of course, there are a bunch of Renault-branded parts, but not worth mentioning all of them.

It's probably even good that there are fewer of our parts, because this suggests that the quality will now be higher. Take the same well-known VAZ checkpoint, which constantly hums, makes noise, crunches and emits many more extraneous and little pleasant sounds. In Vesta, now this is practically nonexistent. Of course, the gearbox is not ideal with Magan either, but it's much better than the VAZ one.

Particularly pleased with the front seats. If earlier everyone was content with only adjusting the back and the chair itself back and forth, now you can adjust the height and even the lumbar support.

Despite the fact that the seat upholstery is not so expensive and of high quality, it is more pleasant to sit in the chairs than in previous VAZ models. After long journeys, the driver gets less tired as the seating position is more comfortable. The heating works great and you can hear it much faster than on the same Prior.

As for the rear seats, it is worth noting that there is almost twice as much space for passengers! Look at the space between the back row and the front seats!

Door upholstery on Vesta is made with taste, but of course - not from the highest quality materials. Do not forget that we are dealing with a budget car, which is almost the cheapest in its class, and perhaps the best in its price category in terms of price-quality ratio. Of course, plastic has almost 100% replaced textiles, but this has its advantages - practicality.

As for the dashboard, we can only say positive things; it began to have a serious and rather pleasant appearance. Now it has a minimum of all sorts of individual elements, which will lead to a minimum number of squeaks in the future.

The instrument cluster has a fairly clear interface and does not strain your eyes when the backlight is on at night. Everything is readable quite well, the arrows do not strain the eyes, all indicators, pointers, signaling devices are perfectly visible!

A lot of good words can be said about the headlights of Vesta. The light has become even better than that of the previous VAZ models, and travel at night has become much more pleasant. As for the behavior of the car on the road, then everyone probably noted the ideal handling of Vesta, and most likely in this matter it is the best among its competitors, Solaris, Logan and Rio.

The engine from the Priora VAZ 21129, which develops 108 hp, of course accelerates a car of such mass quite well, but still this is not what the owners of this car would want. From a little operating experience, we can say that over 3000 km Vesta did not disappoint, no defects were revealed, everything is still working clearly, perfectly and without nuances.
