Lotus Spirit V8

Lotus Spirit V8 debuted on the market in 1996. Under the hood is an aluminum V8 3,5 I engine with two turbines with a total output of 355 hp. The car has a Renault five-speed manual gearbox and rear-wheel drive. In theory, the engine could produce 500 hp, but its power was significantly reduced to avoid damage to the gearbox. The car accelerates to 100 km / h in 4,4 seconds. Since 1998, the Esprit V8 has been produced in two versions: GT and SE. Both offered very similar specs, but the SE had a more luxurious interior. In 2002, another upgraded version of the Esprit V8 appeared. The car received round taillights and titanium wheels. Inside, the dashboard has been redesigned, and air conditioning, leather upholstery and more comfortable seats are now available as standard. Production of the Esprita V8 ended in 2004.
