Best Drift Car Series - Sports Cars

Nothing to do, drive the car sideways rear smoking is one of the best sensations. Of course, this has to be done on the track, or at least on an empty road, but the truth is that each turn becomes a temptation that is hard to resist.

However, not all cars rear drive were designed to ride sideways or not very prone to it. Let's take Mercedes AMG GTSFor example: its ability to oversteer is undeniable, but its grip and intimidating nature make it unwilling to tinker like that, and it clearly requires you to drive carefully.

Fortunately, there are many cars on the list that like to be sidelined and not asked twice. Here is a list of our favorite cars that you can draw with black lines on every corner.

SUBARU-BRZ

It's not new that Subaru BRZ (or Toyota GT6) is a car that lends itself to the side, indeed, it was created for this. For starters, rear-wheel drive and a Torsen limited-slip differential are a winning combination. Modest tires (205 mm) and a naturally aspirated 2.0 engine with 200 hp. make the transition to oversteer smooth and predictable. It takes a bit of effort to get it going (you have to stomp on the gas pedal and also give the steering wheel to provoke the rear end), but once the traverse is up, holding it down will be the easiest thing in the world, as well as the fun part.

Mercedes AMG GTS

Why Mercedes C63 AMG rather than BMW M4? True, they both have similar potencies, but their DNA is very different. The M4 is fine for this kind of thing too, but prefers clean driving. The latest C-Class ditches the naturally aspirated 6.3-inch engine, but the new 4.0-liter twin-turbo engine is quickly saying goodbye. Torque of 650 Nm literally breaks the rear wheels with every movement of your foot, and the car can be driven sideways as easily as in the grocery store. Could you ask for more from a practical sedan?

JAGUA F-TYPE

La Jaguar F-Type it is much more than a car from drifting. The S V6 version is a real gem: it goes fast, has an impressive sound and lets you drive with a knife between your teeth. On the other hand, the R V8 is a different story. The heavier weight up front makes it a little more uncomfortable, but the supercharged V8 5.0 is the real rage. Depending on how you wake up in the morning, the Jag can either be a great grand tourer or a terrible smoking tire beast. Pay attention only to the speed at which the oversteer kicks in, it could have happened in fourth gear as well...

FORD MUSTANG

Admittedly, Ford Mustang it's not the usual American, or at least only partially. It has a big V8 engine (now it also has a small four-cylinder), it drives well in a straight line and - surprise - also makes good turns. But above all, he is very good at making side turns. The right pedal gives access to 421 hp. and 530 Nm, more than enough power to make almost endless turns. The bully character "Mustang" does not encourage clean driving, although she allows it if you wish; but if you're into oversteer, this car is for you.
