Mach-E turned out to be more powerful than claimed

Ford surprised those who wanted to buy an electric crossover, after it turned out that its serial version is more powerful than stated.

Orders for the model have already begun in the US, and its final specifications have been made public. The base rear and all-wheel drive versions have 269 hp. This is 11 “horses” more powerful than the manufacturer said earlier.

The rear-wheel drive version with the most powerful battery now has 294 hp, while the most powerful all-wheel drive version has 351 hp. In this case, the power increase is the largest - 14 hp.

“The figures provided clearly show that the company is perfecting the electric car. It embodies not only the style, but the character of the Mustang.”

said Ron Heyzer, one of the project’s curators.

Customers who pre-order this model will be more than happy to wait for the new product. They will receive their cars in January 2021. Due to the huge interest in the electric car, some Ford officials in the United States raised its price by $ 15.
