The fuel magnetizers produced today are matchbox sized, lightweight and suitable for almost any engine. Do they really reduce fuel consumption and increase power?

There are two types of magnetizing devices on sale - overhead and flow. The former are easier to install and do not require cutting the fuel line. Installation of such a device usually takes no more than fifteen minutes and does not require tools. It can be easily removed and installed on another car. Flow devices require a lot of effort to assemble, however, such a magnetizer acts directly on the fuel, which many users consider a great advantage. Installation, however, requires cutting the fuel line and connecting the activator directly to it. So let's leave this operation to specialized workshops.

The opinions of professionals and users of modern magnetizers are positive. Manufacturers report that fuel savings can be as high as 15 percent, and increases in engine flexibility and power are often as high as 10 percent. It is also important to reduce the toxicity of exhaust gases. The cost of buying and installing a fuel activator is not too high, so the investment made can be quickly returned to us. Prices for these devices, depending on the type and type of car in which they are to be installed, range from PLN 140 to PLN 350.

– There is no doubt that fuel magnetizers can give positive results. However, in order to find out how they fulfill their role, it is necessary to carry out detailed tests by independent companies. Personally, it seems to me that fuel activators are effective only when the car is operated in a certain way and under certain conditions. Such devices will not help with uneconomical and unstable driving style. While magnetizers are hardly a miracle worker, there may be some slight improvement in performance and reduced fuel consumption. I haven't encountered any major issues or malfunctions with the magnetizer installation.
