Little things that will make your winter travel easier

In some countries they are required, but they are simply worth having - . They will help you leave in a camper or tow truck and help out in emergency situations. Traveling to mountain resorts and their campsites, it turns out that they will come in handy sooner than we think.

. A simple plastic drain does not require any expense. It's worth having so you can lay your shoes out to dry without worrying about the snow melting. Such a “trough” can be located, for example, in front of the outlet of the heating channel.

. Even if we don’t use it ourselves, it can come in handy when digging out a neighbor after a long stay.

. This way we will remove the snow from the roof, expose the solar panel and properly prepare the car for the road.

. If you have a semi-built car, it is worth purchasing a mat that covers not only the windows, but also the engine compartment. This will eliminate the biggest “cold bridge” in the motorhome. For an integrated one, a mat covering the side and front windows will be sufficient.

. This is standard equipment on most new campers today. They have a huge impact on the temperature inside the camper. Despite the relatively high price (Remis), they are worth investing in.

. Two gas cylinders connected into one system provide not only incredible comfort, but also peace of mind - both in relation to fragile equipment on board and to the sound sleep of the youngest participants of the trip.

. If we don't want to be surprised that the heating system doesn't work at three in the morning, it's worth buying one. The cost of the GOK product is about PLN 300 gross. Something else: a “handle” that you place on the bottle and check how full it is. This works too.

. Don't be fooled by the sometimes extremely high prices of pure propane tanks. 70 zlotys is the limit.

. It won't cost much to take it out to the garage or place where you have household batteries installed. However, this takes a lot of time. If you lack the relevant knowledge or tools, take help from numerous websites.

. Thanks to them you will dry your ski boots faster. They operate on a 230V network and are easy to find in online stores.

. In winter, it is relatively difficult to find a tap with working water. Sometimes you have to use access to water in a hard-to-reach place. Then you will need: a long hose, a set of nozzles and... a good old watering can. Big enough ensures we don't have to travel many miles from the crane to the camper or trailer.
