Master classes for children #wiemikropka. The perfect idea for a successful holiday at home!
The holidays began in earnest, and students tired of studying are looking for new ways to spend their free time within four walls. A series of master classes #wiemikropka, created especially for children, comes to the rescue. Interesting topics, experienced teachers and an atmosphere conducive to creative pursuits - and all this without leaving home!
The Christmas holidays are usually an occasion for joy for all students and an opportunity to finally take a break from school and make time for their hobbies. Unfortunately, we all know that this year's winter holidays will be very different than before - the restrictions associated with the coronavirus pandemic mean that for many children this will be the first vacation of this type, which they will spend mainly at home. What to do so that the smallest household members do not wander from corner to corner, and their time is spent on interesting and creative activities?
As part of the Comma and Period program, we have prepared an online workshop for you #wiemikropka - a great opportunity for children to develop their interests and discover interesting information about the world around them. Their goal is primarily to broaden their horizons and show topics and activities that the kids have not encountered before. And all this in a friendly, entertaining atmosphere conducive to creativity and independent search for additional knowledge.

The #wiemikropka series is a completely free project that all students can use - subsequent workshops will be published as videos throughout the winter break, and everyone can take part in them.

Seminar program and speakers
Lectures in the Comma and Period program were very popular from the very beginning - more than 6 million viewers have already listened to the materials! This shows that, faced with the need to stay at home, many students are looking for new activities and an outlet for their curiosity.
To conduct our master classes, we invited the best teachers, specialists and enthusiasts from various fields. The #wiemikropka series was opened by Przemek Staroń, Comma and Period Ambassador, Teacher of the Year 2018 and finalist of the Global Teacher Awards 2020, with workshops on the value of friendship. Other speakers included Darek Aksamit and Ela Pogoda from the Science Defenders Association, voice actor Andrzej Zadura, Marta Florkiewicz-Borkowska (Teacher of the Year 2017), tutor Maria Libiszewska and members of the Deaf Respect Foundation, among others.
A big plus of #wiemikropka is a wide range of topics that our specialists deal with. Children will be able to learn how to effectively organize their time, learn the secrets of scoring and creating audiobooks, discover curiosities from the world of physics and chemistry, and even cook delicious panna cotta yourself with the winner of the 5th edition of MasterChef Junior. Every young participant will find something for themselves. It will truly be #EmpickiFerie!
