Service

Daily maintenance includes:

1. Checking the level of the working fluid in the tank.

Engine service:

Recommended brands: TNK, Sibneft, MX Extra, Lukoil-Avangard. The volume of oil should not exceed 8-10 liters, depending on the modification of the engine.

Overhaul

Engine overhaul procedure:

1. Install the transport on a special stand.
2. Disassemble the power unit.
3. Wash the engine.
4. Conduct an external inspection of the mechanism for cracks in the block of cylindrical elements, an increase in the gap between the valves, for crankshaft runout.
5. Measure the correct geometry of the friction surfaces.
6. Seal all cracks.
7. Carry out the restoration of the bushings of the guide type.
8. Sand the surface of the mechanism.
9. Check the tightness of the valve.
10. Replace seals.
11. Rebore the crankshaft to the repair size of the liner.
12. Replacing piston rings, seals and gaskets.

To replace the motor, follow these steps:

2. Remove the mounting screws and nuts from the mechanism housing.
3. Remove the gearbox together with the clutch housing.
4. Unscrew the housing fasteners and remove the pressure plate.
5. Pull out the driven disk.
6. Remove the front and center drive discs from the hitch.
7. Loosen the starter bolts.
8. Remove the starter, generator set, air brake compressor.
9. Remove the fan drive.
10. Remove the air filter element.
11. Remove 4 screws from the plug.
12. Install a new engine.
13. Assemble the elements by doing all the steps in reverse order.
