Leap into the future

The interior of the new Mercedes class A they are great: modern, clean and very neat. There may be too many buttons (even on the steering wheel) and it takes a while to learn how to navigate, but once you've got a little dexterity, you'll find an amazing level of customization.

The twin-scroll turbocharged 2.0 engine is a real gem: it doesn't have the high-rev explosiveness of the A45, but it makes up for it with plenty of torque and very quick response.

In a nutshell: the gearbox is not behind the car, so I often find myself in corners with an unwanted gear. This is not very pleasant, especially if you are looking for a "shot" from a tight corner.

CONCLUSIONS

Compared to the "old" A 45, the new Mercedes AMG A35 it is more responsive, has more precise steering and more responsive throttle response. Straight roads feel a little longer, but when cornering, more precise suspension tuning and instant throttle response make it more interactive and fun. Maybe you don't need all those additional resumes, but we're waiting for the smarter version to change its mind.
