Step by step CG method - where to start?

Starting your adventure with CG will be contrary to his basic assumption that hair must be prepped with a shampoo containing SLS or SLES. Why? Its task will be to thoroughly cleanse the hair even from the smallest residues of the used washing and caring components: gels, varnishes, silicones, etc.

In the second step, wet your hair with body temperature water. Too warm will further separate the hair cuticle. Then comes "correct" washing the head with the KG method. Here's how:

• Rinse the conditioner with water, without rubbing, let it flow freely along the entire length of the hair. So you wash them even more thoroughly, additionally washing away the dirt, and at the same time do not expose their structure to damage.
• Gently wring out damp hair onto a cotton towel or T-shirt.
• Apply a second conditioner to your hair - it will restore the hair, not clean it. Therefore, it must have a richer composition, but at the same time remain in accordance with the rules. CG methods.
