A draft decree authorizing practice in France has been discussed for months. According to the text submitted to the Commission, conversion to electric scooters and motorcycles will be possible for vehicles registered for a period of at least three years.

While many companies specializing in the conversion of four-wheeled vehicles are "launching points" in anticipation of legalization of their activities, others are already positioning themselves in the two-wheeled sector.
