Toyota Perception Enhancement System.

The Toyota Intersection Assist Monitor uses a camera and color display to minimize the risk of collisions when approaching intersections or T-junctions. A prismatic lens camera is installed in the center of the integrated dashboard of the vehicle, which transmits images to the instrument panel display.

When approaching intersections with limited visibility to the right and left, the display shows a distance of approximately 20 meters in both directions at an angle of 25 °.
