Paragraph 1.2 of the SDA states that the driver should not interfere with the movement of vehicles that have an advantage over him, which means that he must follow all the rules of the road. There are several reasons for this:

1. others may not be ready for sharp maneuvers next to them;
2. the abrupt actions of one driver can provoke a chain of rash decisions that ultimately interfere with special services.

In other words, the task of the driver when he sees a special vehicle with the signals turned on is, within the framework of the rules, to give way to him, but if this fails, then they cannot punish him for this.

You definitely need to give in, trying to find an opportunity not to violate other traffic rules and not interfere with third parties. You need to skip special vehicles for many reasons:

1. Passengers of such cars turn on the signals only when necessary to get to the place as quickly as possible. If we consider that they perform socially significant work, the question disappears by itself.
2. Company car drivers know they have an advantage on the road. Any interruption can come as a surprise.
3. Even if the driver has time to react to the danger that has arisen on the road, it is impossible to quickly stop or make a maneuver in a fire service vehicle with a full tank of water.

It will not be superfluous to give way to official cars, even if they do not give any signals. Such a conclusion is born not only from traffic rules, but also due to considerations based on moral principles.
