“I don't just live the values of Chapel Hill Tire at work. I take them home with me and live in my personal life every single day,” said Jess Cervantes.
From spending time with friends and family, to hiking, car repairs, or just commuting, Jess consistently treats everyone like family, strives for excellence, and is always appreciative and helpful. She greets every day with a smile and a positive attitude and is ready to take on any challenge that comes her way.
As a maintenance coordinator at Chapel Hill Tire, her to-do list can take her in so many different directions! On any given day, she does technical work, makes estimates, orders parts, helps establish communication, and does a lot of other things.
“I wanted to find a job that would help me build my future. I was lucky to work at Chapel Hill Tire and now I am expanding my knowledge and learning more every day,” said Jess.
“I am the first Latina from the LGBT community to work here,” she said, “and I love the fact that the company is family. I have made great friends and I feel that everyone is always ready to listen and help. In addition, I can communicate with our female clients and other members of the community.”
We are grateful to have Jess as part of our Chapel Hill tire family. Her professionalism, concern for others and gratitude inspire us, as she does, to embody our company values in all aspects of life.
