Kalina-2 generation appeared on all roads of the country not so long ago, but already on the network there are a lot of reviews and opinions about this car. After analyzing the numerous reviews of the owners, we can highlight the main disadvantages of the new car, which, by the way, are not so many, but I would like to do without them altogether.

So, below in order I will try to describe the disadvantages that many owners of this car have noted.

The main disadvantages of Kalina-2 after the first thousand kilometers

Like the first generation model, the new product is not without minor flaws, so most owners have to fix all these little things on their own. The main ones that can be noted:

• Squeaking and rattling in the front doors, most likely coming from the rods of the locks or wiring harnesses. This suggests that the engineers did not try to do everything efficiently and conscientiously. All this is treated either by eliminating specific crickets or by soundproofing the doors.
• The rear shelf still rattles on the new Kalina 2, as it was on the first modification. And many drivers say that it is impossible to eliminate it with ordinary gluing, and they have to do something with the structure itself.
• Also, a large proportion of owners note the inconvenience of operating without a central armrest, although this part can certainly be ordered in online stores.
• The most unpleasant problem that also affected many owners of the new Kalina is the wrong wheel alignment. which appears to have been like this from the factory. That is, when the car is moving exactly along the road, the steering wheel is slightly shifted to the left or right. There is still a guarantee, but so far official dealers have not had solutions to this problem.
• There are no door seals at all, although they were on the first Kalina. You have to buy these parts yourself and install them yourself.
• Many are annoyed by the hydraulic drive for controlling the headlights, because out of habit everyone wanted to see the electric one as before!

Basically, so far these are minor flaws that do not particularly affect the quality of movement and comfort, but the main thing is that these shortcomings do not progress in the future, and the manufacturer eliminates these shortcomings on all subsequent models.
