There is no battery charging on Largus, what is the reason?
Good day to all, the owner of the new Largus writes to you. My car passed very little, we can say that the running-in period has not yet ended, but unfortunately there was already one problem with the generator, which, fortunately, was quickly eliminated at the service station under warranty.
And what happened is this: I began to notice that the battery charge began to fall, with all the lights on and with the stove, the voltage of the on-board network began to drop sharply, it was clear that the battery charge was clearly not enough. Yes, and the "battery" light began to glow very dimly. The first thought was about the alternator belt, but after examining it, I did not see anything suspicious, then I checked the terminals, thought maybe they were not tightened too much, but everything is in order there. I did not dig further, I decided to contact an official dealer so that the masters there would have seen everything for themselves and delivered a verdict.

Solving the problem and contacting the service station

I made an appointment, and a couple of days later I went to the service. After examining my Largus, the master said that most likely the reason is in the diode bridge, perhaps it burned out or some of the diodes burned out. I still don't understand anything about it, I said that let them shoot and do it.
After an hour of work, my machine was already ready and, as expected, the charging was lost due to a burnt out diode bridge, most likely a factory defect. While everything was completed there with the papers, I checked it for working capacity. I started up, turned on the high beam, foglights and a stove, and was convinced - now the charging is excellent.
So if any of the Largus owners have a similar problem, keep in mind that a case like with my car is possible, so do not worry too much, at the maintenance station everything will be done quickly, and most likely for free, I judge from my own experience.
